ERW steel tubes, or Electric Resistance Welded tubes, are strong, versatile steel tubes. Manufactured from one piece of steel plate, this is rolled up to create a pipe shape. This shape is then fused into place by an electric charge; the electric weld produces a strong, corrosive resistant and unbendable pipe that can be used in a multitude of appliances such as domestic pipes, motorbikes and scaffolding.

We use the latest steel cutting technology to precisely cut your steel tubes exactly to the length you want. With laser cutting, water jet cutting or traditional cutting we have a tool for every job. Laser cutting gives precise, clean cuts, while water jet cutting can give noiseless, vibration free cuts. Traditional hand cutting is perfect for small tubes used for bespoke jobs.
Our processing service offers a variety of options for prolonging the life of your ERW tubes. We offer galvanisation which can help protect your tube from the corrosive effects of the elements and rust. We also can zinc or chrome plate your tube for you, both adding a rust resistant coating and attractive shine perfect if you are using your tubes for furniture projects or motorbikes. As standard of our processing service we offer deburring. Deburring removes all rough edges from you tube after cutting.
